Non-Surgical Lift - Full Procedure
PROCEDURE
The procedure involves gentle insertion of fibre threads, just beneath the skin using a cannula. The area will first have been treated with a numbing agent so there is minimal discomfort.
The threads create a supportive mesh beneath the skin, which creates an immediate lift as well as a progressive lift throughout the first 12 weeks.
RESULTS
Over the course of around 6 months, the threads will fully dissolve. Throughout that period, the threads stimulate the skin to produce the building blocks necessary, to induce skin collagen and elastin. You will therefore continue to benefit from your youthful appearance, long after the threads have dissolved.
The results of this treatment typically last 18 months to 2 years.
RECOVERY
Following the treatment, as with most cosmetic treatments, you may experience some mild swelling or bruising. You will be given advice on how to reduce and manage these side effects. You will also be given aa 3-day course of prophylactic antibiotics to minimise the risk of any infection.
These symptoms should only last for a short time, and will be discussed thoroughly at your initial free consultation.
