What is a Bio Identical Hormone?

These hormones are a derivative of diosgenin, a product which is sourced from Mexican yams. They are then compounded by a specialist pharmacy. Each prescription is individually tailored to your specific needs and assists in treating hormonal imbalance.

Cost: £250 (excluding blood and other tests)
Blood Test: £195 (payable on completion of consultation)
A comprehensive consultation will be undertaken regarding your medical history and symptoms, along with an explanation on how BHRT can help to restore your hormonal health and well-being.
- Payment for consultation is required at the time of appointment booking.
- Any further tests required will be discussed at the time of your consultation.
- At consultation we will require a detailed medical history, details of any medication you are currently taking, proof of ID and address (documentation must be dated within the last 12 weeks).
NEW CLIENT FOLLOW UP- 6 WEEKS AFTER INITIAL CONSULTATION
Duration: Up to 60 minutes
Method of consult: Telephone or FaceTime
Cost: Free (excluding bespoke prescription medication)
Prescription costs: from £0.59 per dose
The follow up appointment allows the opportunity to review and discuss your blood test results. Our nurse will advise you of any medication that is required to address any imbalance revealed by your tests and symptoms. A personalised prescription will be written, if required.
- We require payment at the time of booking to secure your consultation
- At this appointment we can address any further questions or changes to medication or symptoms since your initial consultation.
- We advise that all our clients are always seen face-to-face. However, in the event you are unable to attend the clinic we do offer a telephone or skype consultation.
CLIENT REVIEW – 3 & 6 MONTHLY
Duration: Up to 60 minutes
Method of consult: Face-to-face.
Cost: Up to £150 (excluding your prescription and tests)
Prescription costs: from £0.59 per dose & Blood Test £195
3 & 6 monthly reviews provide the opportunity for you to meet with your nurse practitioner and discuss your treatment plan and progress. The nurse will advise you if any adjustments are necessary. She will also be able to address any questions or concerns you may wish to discuss.
CLIENT REVIEW - ANNUALLY
Duration: Up to 60 minutes
Method of consult: Face-to-face only
Cost: Up to £150 (excluding your prescription and tests)

Annual reviews provide the opportunity to discuss and review your treatment plan and progress face to face. The nurse will advise you if any adjustments are necessary. She will also be able to address any questions or concerns you may wish to discuss.
OTHER TESTS
Your practitioner may also advise other tests, such as a mammogram, pelvic ultra sound or DEXA (bone density scan), depending on your symptoms and test results. We work with a number of trusted partners who are able to provide these tests and you will be advised of these when necessary.
